Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Store Policy
Effective Date: Feb, 28th, 2026
This Store Policy forms part of and is incorporated into the ANIKA TAEKWONDO Inc. Terms of Service (“TOS”). By accessing the website, purchasing products, or enrolling in memberships, you agree to this Policy and the full Terms of Service.
If any conflict exists between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall control.
1. INCORPORATION & LEGAL STRUCTURE
This Store Policy is legally binding and supplements the ANIKA TAEKWONDO Inc. Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Waiver Agreements, and all posted legal notices.
Nothing in this Store Policy creates:
A coaching relationship
A training agreement
A supervision obligation
A fiduciary relationship
All purchases are commercial retail transactions only.
2. ORDERS, AUTHORIZATION & FRAUD PREVENTION
All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full at checkout.
By completing a transaction, you represent and warrant that:
You are the authorized cardholder.
You have full legal authority to use the payment method.
All information provided is accurate.
You will not initiate a chargeback without first contacting us.
ANIKA TAEKWONDO Inc. reserves absolute discretion to:
Cancel or refuse any order
Limit quantities
Request identity verification
Void transactions caused by pricing or system errors
Block high-risk IP addresses or accounts
We maintain transaction authorization logs, IP data, shipment records, delivery confirmations, and fraud screening data for dispute defense.
Unauthorized chargebacks, false “item not received” claims, or friendly fraud may result in:
Immediate account termination
Membership cancellation
Revocation of access
Permanent purchase ban
Collection efforts where permitted
Submission of fraud evidence to processors
3. PRODUCT USE & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
All martial arts equipment is sold strictly for lawful training purposes.
You acknowledge:
Martial arts training involves inherent physical risk.
Equipment does not eliminate risk.
Proper instruction and supervision are required.
Misuse voids any return eligibility.
ANIKA TAEKWONDO Inc. makes no guarantee that any product will prevent injury.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale once opened or used:
Mouthguards
Groin guards
Gloves once worn
Protective gear contacting skin
Undergarments or compression apparel
Uniforms and belts must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for return.
All equipment is used at your own risk.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless stated otherwise.
Shipping timelines are estimates only.
ANIKA TAEKWONDO Inc. is not responsible for:
Carrier delays
Customs delays
Weather disruptions
Porch theft
Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
If tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier confirmation of delivery.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if:
Item is unused
Tags are attached
Original packaging is included
Proof of purchase is provided
Non-returnable:
Used uniforms
Used protective gear
Custom/personalized items
Clearance/final sale
Digital downloads
Event registrations
Testing fees
Membership fees after billing begins
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.
We reserve the right to deny any return that fails inspection.
6. SUBSCRIPTIONS & MEMBERSHIPS
By enrolling in any recurring billing plan, you authorize automatic recurring charges.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Cancellation
Must be submitted in writing to:

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Partial refunds are not provided unless required by law.
Failed Payments
Failure to process payment may result in:
Immediate suspension
Access revocation
Collection procedures
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable once a billing period begins.
Chargebacks on membership payments constitute material breach and may result in immediate termination.
7. NO WARRANTIES
All products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
ANIKA TAEKWONDO Inc. disclaims all express or implied warranties, including:
Fitness for a particular purpose
Merchantability
Non-infringement
Injury prevention
No oral or written statement modifies this disclaimer.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANIKA TAEKWONDO Inc. shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Incidental damages
Consequential damages
Lost profits
Personal injury resulting from misuse
Third-party shipping failures
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in dispute.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANIKA TAEKWONDO Inc., its directors, officers, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
Misuse of products
Violation of this Policy
Fraudulent disputes
Improper training or supervision
Breach of the Terms of Service
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before initiating any dispute, chargeback, or claim, you agree to contact ANIKA TAEKWONDO Inc. directly to attempt resolution.
Failure to do so constitutes a breach of this agreement.
This Policy is governed by the same dispute resolution framework outlined in the ANIKA TAEKWONDO Inc. Terms of Service.
11. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
12. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
We may update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updates
