Relationship to ATKD Waivers and Agreements
These Terms are supplemental to and incorporated by reference into all ATKD participation documents, including but not limited to liability waivers, assumption of risk agreements, membership and registration agreements, trial, testing, and program-specific waivers, and any other written ATKD policies or agreements.
In the event of any conflict, the applicable signed ATKD waiver or agreement shall control.
Use of this Website does not create enrollment, membership, instructional entitlement, or contractual rights beyond those expressly set forth in written ATKD agreements.

All content made available on this Website is provided solely for general informational and administrative purposes, including but not limited to program descriptions and schedules, curriculum references and testing information, technique diagrams, illustrations, written descriptions, forms, policies, and educational materials.
Website content is not a substitute for supervised, in-person martial arts training.

All official instruction, coaching, correction, approval, and evaluation occurs exclusively in person,
within authorized ATKD programs, and only after execution of required waivers and agreements.

Martial arts training is a physical, contact-based activity involving inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, strain, falls, collisions, and impact.
