Cancellation Policy

ANIKA TAE KWON DO (ATKD) ONLINE BOOKING POLICY By booking any ATKD class, trial, lesson, event, or program, the participant, or the parent/guardian of a minor, agrees to this policy. Online booking reserves space in a scheduled martial arts activity only. It does not include child care, daycare, after-school supervision, transportation, or custody of a minor. Parents/guardians remain responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up. Bookings for minors must be made by a parent/guardian or authorized adult. The person booking confirms all information is accurate, the participant is fit to train, and ATKD will be advised of any injury, illness, allergy, medical condition, custody issue, emergency contact change, or safety concern. ATKD may refuse, cancel, move, or modify a booking if the class is full, the student is in the wrong group, forms or payments are incomplete, the student is ill or unsafe, or participation is not appropriate. The instructor has final authority. All waivers, emergency forms, medical information, payments, and permissions must be completed before training. No waiver, no emergency contact, no participation. Students must arrive ready and follow ATKD rules, instructor directions, equipment requirements, hygiene standards, and respectful conduct expectations. Unsafe, disruptive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal and loss of booking privileges. Cancellations should be made early. Trials/lessons require 24 hours’ notice. Group classes require 12 hours’ notice. Events require 7 days’ notice unless stated otherwise. Late cancellations and no-shows may be marked as used and may not be refunded or rescheduled. ATKD may cancel or change a class because of weather, illness, emergency, facility issue, low attendance, safety concern, or operational reasons. ATKD will try to notify families. Payments, refunds, credits, promotions, and memberships follow the terms provided at booking or registration. This policy does not remove non-waivable consumer rights. ATKD collects booking information for scheduling, safety, payment, emergency response, attendance, and administration. Personal information will not be sold. Families must keep contact and emergency information current. ATKD may suspend booking access for repeated no-shows, late cancellations, unpaid balances, incomplete forms, false information, unsafe conduct, or misuse of the system.
