Cancellation Policy

Summer Program Cancellation Policy Anika Taekwondo – 11-Week Summer Camp To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our program, the following cancellation policy applies to all participants enrolled in our 11-week summer camp. Enrollment is limited to 30 permanent positions, and each spot is reserved specifically for the registered participant. 1. Registration Commitment By enrolling in the summer program, participants agree to commit to the full 11-week duration. Due to limited availability, all registrations are considered permanent placements. 2. Cancellation by Participant Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the program start date are eligible for a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued once the program has begun, regardless of attendance or participation. 3. Medical or Exceptional Circumstances In cases of medical emergencies or exceptional circumstances, a partial credit may be issued at the discretion of Anika Taekwondo. Supporting documentation may be required. 4. Transfers Enrollment spots are non-transferable to other individuals without prior written approval from Anika Taekwondo. 5. Program Cancellation by Anika Taekwondo If the program is canceled by Anika Taekwondo for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid. 6. Missed Sessions No refunds, credits, or make-up sessions will be provided for missed classes due to personal scheduling conflicts, vacations, or other non-emergency reasons.
